ITSO knowledge base
ACT offer a number of ITSO courses including 'ITSO – getting started’ and 'ITSO - a Technical Introduction'. These are one-day courses designed to aid business and technical personnel to appreciate some of the basics associated with ITSO. It is ideally suited to organisations contemplating an ITSO environment for transport or other uses.
Tourism knowledge base
The one-day day workshop 'An introduction to Discovery' is a useful part of your product knowledge and how you can best utilise the features available to you. Also available is 'How to run a successful city card scheme'; which details useful marketing ideas, figures and future plans for your project.
Retail / Hospitality Loyalty Systems knowledge base
ACT provides two basic workshops for loyalty scheme operators as well as ACT resellers which can enhance the benefits of deploying ACT's GEL REWARDS loyalty systems. 'An Introduction to GEL' is a one day workshop combining details on how to set up the various components of GEL into your proposed scheme from integration to existing web services through to back office and marketing operations/campaigns. 'GEL REWARDS Reseller training' is also a one day workshop dedicated to providing ACT’s VARs with the tools and product knowledge to actively promote, support and sell GEL REWARDS to their new and existing clientele.
