Project Manager
The Role:
Applied Card Technologies Limited is a global IT systems provider specialising in smart card transaction systems. Due to new contracts being awarded to us we are currently seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic software development team.
The Person:
Applied Card Technologies Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with experience in IT software. Any exposure to software development (particularly JAVA) would be seen as an advantage but not essential.
The successful candidate will want to join a fast paced development team and will be expected to manage the implementation of multiple medium to large sized projects within an existing project management team.

- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Must be willing to travel if and when required
- 1-2 years' project management experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project governance and administration
- Create and maintain project documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Manage customer / project requirements, deliverables and expectations
- Ensure customer is kept informed of development progress (external review meetings, regular contact by e-mail / telephone)
- Resource planning
- Manage project procurements
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers
- Be responsible for release of all material to customer (incl. documentation)
- Co-ordinate with internal staff (Development, Marketing, Finance and Support team) throughout project lifecycle
- Effect transition from project to operational support
