Nottinghamshire Freedom Card
Following a lengthy OJEU Negotiated Procurement process Nottinghamshire County Council selected ACT to provide a managed service for the Council’s ITSO HOPS / AMS (Host Operator Processor System / Asset Management System).
The migration of the existing inter-operable ‘freedom card’ scheme, to the ITSO specification, will allow even greater flexibility of use and further opportunities for expansion to other transport modes, integrated ticketing, seamless travel and additional applications; encompassing over 200,000 card holders.
ACT is providing the following products and services:
- HOPS (AMS) system and NCC CMS interfaces
- Managed hosting services and product support
- Additional development and support services
- Integration to ESP Systex personalisation systems (central and local)
- ISAM commissioning service
- Support for the Nottinghamshire English National Concessionary Travel Scheme
