Card Management System (CMS)
ACT’s fully integrated CMS (Card Management System) is the key to managing your smartcard programme. Knowing your cardholder and managing your card lifecycle is vital to the improvement and progression of citizen / transport services available and the satisfaction of customer needs.
The CMS gathers ITSO transactional information passed from ITSO accredited card personalisation systems and ACT’s ITSO Full HOPS (AMS) system, allowing a complete detailed view of cardholder information, their ITSO journey records, associated card details, journey statistics and information such as concessionary fares.
The detailed information is readily available from a secure and comprehensive CMS back office provided by ACT, (easily integrated with existing systems) giving operators a crucial insight into ITSO cardholders and their travel patterns.
