Free data clean for your CMS
There are many benefits to maintaining a clean data set, so ACT is offering a free data health check to all of its CMS customers.
Your data check will:
- Highlight old data in inconsistent address formats or known postcode inaccuracies
- Show records of deceased people or those who have moved away
- Present all affected records in a report for subsequent action
The data check can then be followed with a cleanup process of your data based on the results.
Cleaning your data will save you unnecessarily producing cards and sending them to the wrong addresses.
You can also avoid negative publicity resulting from cards being sent to those who may have passed away before a renewal.
