ITSO Services Limited award HOPS
ITSO Services Limited (ISL) has awarded Applied Card Technologies Limited (ACT) the contract for the ITSO English Concessionary Travel Scheme holding HOPS (AMS) managed service. The English National Concessionary Travel Scheme is a government project where from April 2008, all those people 60 plus and the disabled will receive free off-peak travel on local bus services throughout England.
The ACT ISL HOPS is already live and operational and will support up to 255 Transport Concessionary Authorities (TCA's) and some 50 million transactions are expected in the first few months of 2008.
